CLARITY法案通过前景降温,特朗普加密利益冲突成最大阻碍

ChainThink 消息,7 月 24 日,据 Fortune 报道,美国《数字资产市场明确法案》(CLARITY Act)推进受阻。

参议院多数党领袖约翰·图恩表示,该法案预计无法在 8 月休会前完成表决。

Polymarket 数据显示,截至 7 月 24 日,CLARITY Act 今年通过概率约为 37%,低于今年春季一度超过 80% 的水平。

CLARITY Act 旨在为数字资产建立明确监管框架,但围绕美国总统特朗普及其家族加密业务的利益冲突问题,已成为立法谈判主要障碍。

民主党要求加入更严格伦理条款,限制总统及联邦官员通过加密资产获利;共和党近期提交新版草案,加入禁止民选官员从加密资产交易中获利的规定。

Wintermute 政策负责人 Ron Hammond 表示,参议院民主党领袖查克·舒默近期要求民主党在中期选举前重点围绕特朗普及相关腐败问题展开政治攻势,可能降低民主党支持该法案的意愿。

分析人士称,即使法案未能在休会前通过,年底前仍有窗口期,但政府拨款、国防等议题可能挤压其议程。
