欧盟通过第 21 轮对俄制裁，扩大金融、能源及加密资产限制

ChainThink 消息，7 月 23 日，据欧盟理事会公告，欧盟正式通过第 21 轮对俄制裁方案，扩大对俄罗斯金融体系、能源收入、军事工业及加密资产服务的限制。

本轮制裁新增 218 项个人和实体列名，包括 48 名个人和 170 家实体。

金融领域方面，欧盟对 94 家银行及主要金融机构实施资产冻结，并扩大对 33 家俄罗斯信贷和金融机构的交易禁令。

加密资产方面，欧盟将 14 家相关服务平台纳入限制范围，并首次提出可对协助俄方规避制裁的第三国加密资产服务实施全面禁令。

能源和军工领域方面，欧盟新增制裁 41 艘与俄罗斯“影子舰队”相关船只，并对多家石油贸易商、炼油厂及相关企业实施交易限制，同时加强对俄罗斯军工供应链及远程无人机相关实体的出口管制。
