泰国 SEC 对 Bitkub 提起刑事诉讼，指控其隐瞒 2021 年约 5000 万美元黑客攻击

ChainThink 消息，7 月 24 日，据 The Nation Thailand 报道，泰国 SEC 于 7 月 23 日向经济犯罪镇压部门对 Bitkub Online 及两名前董事 Sakolkorn Sakavee、Thaweesap Rawan 提起刑事诉讼，指控其隐瞒 2021 年约 17 亿泰铢数字资产被盗事件。

泰国 SEC 指控称，Bitkub 在 2021 年遭受黑客攻击后，于同年 5 月 10 日至 10 月 30 日期间向监管机构提交虚假的每日净资本报告，未如实披露相关数字资产被盗情况。

两名前董事还被指控在公司文件中作出虚假记录，使监管机构误以为客户资产正常保管且 Bitkub 未受损失。

Bitkub 回应称，事件发生于约五年前，当时相关人员选择不披露被盗信息，是为避免发生挤兑；联合创始人已自掏腰包购入同等数量和种类的数字资产补足缺口，客户资产未受损失。

Bitkub 称，泰国 SEC 已于 9月8日确认客户资产安全完整。
