美国三大加密行业协会联名致信参议院，敦促尽快推进《CLARITY Act》院会审议

ChainThink 消息，7 月 24 日，据 Blockchain Association 发文，Crypto Council for Innovation、Blockchain Association 和 The Digital Chamber 三大加密行业协会已联名致信参议院多数党领袖 John Thune 和少数党领袖 Chuck Schumer，敦促参议院领导层优先安排《CLARITY Act》进行院会审议。

三大协会称，《CLARITY Act》将建立联邦层面的数字资产综合消费者保护框架，强化反洗钱和制裁执法权力，并要求数字资产中介机构隔离保管客户资产、持有最低财务资源、履行信息披露义务。

法案还将赋予美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）对数字商品现货市场的明确监管权。信中提到，目前近 6700 万美国人持有数字资产，约占美国人口四分之一；

传统金融机构、资产管理公司和支付公司也在加速整合数字资产。协会表示，美国至今缺乏统一的联邦监管框架。信中还称，众议院去年已以跨党派票数通过该法案，其中 78 名民主党人投票支持；

2025 年全球 88% 的加密交易量发生在非美国交易所，仅 19% 的加密开发者位于美国。
