ChainThink 消息，7 月 24 日，据 X 平台消息，甲骨文公司 5 年期信用违约互换（CDS）升至约 203 个基点，创历史高位。

按该水平计算，甲骨文每 1000 万美元债务购买违约保护的年成本约为 20.3 万美元。自 2025 年中以来，甲骨文 CDS 已上涨逾四倍，并超过 2008 年金融危机期间峰值。

其借贷成本同步上升，2056 年到期的 6.7% 债券利差周一扩大 8 个基点至 263 个基点，2036 年到期的 5.7% 债券利差扩大 9 个基点至 205 个基点。

标普全球评级此前于 7 月 9 日将甲骨文评级下调至 BBB-，仅较垃圾级高一级，理由是其 AI 相关支出快速增长。
