美国参议院或无法在夏季休会前通过CLARITY Act

ChainThink 消息，7 月 24 日，据 CoinDesk 报道，美国参议院多数党领袖 John Thune 表示，CLARITY Act 可能无法在夏季休会前完成通过，但希望至少在休会前启动全院审议程序。

行业此前将 8 月 7 日视为该法案年内通过的重要窗口。若审议延期至秋季，2026 年完成立法的可能性将下降。

白宫加密事务顾问 Patrick Witt 表示，参议院仍可能在 8 月第一周采取行动，但该法案在 7 月获得最终表决的可能性较低。
