巴西圣保罗检方起诉 World 开发商，索赔约 4720 万美元

ChainThink 消息，7 月 25 日，据 Agência Brasil 报道，巴西圣保罗州检察机关已对 World 开发商 Tools for Humanity 及 Amazon AWS Serviços Brasil 提起民事诉讼，指控其在圣保罗违规收集超 40 万人的虹膜数据。

检方称，参与者通过虹膜扫描可获得 300 至 700 雷亚尔不等的奖励。

检方要求暂停以付款或其他利益换取虹膜数据，永久删除已收集信息，并支付至少 2.4 亿雷亚尔、约 4720 万美元的集体精神损害赔偿。
