伯恩斯坦：Naver目标价较当前看涨58%，AI Factory战略信心获强心针

ChainThink 消息，7 月 27 日，据 Bernstein 最新报告，Naver 董事会已批准向 NVIDIA 定向增发 720 万股普通股，发行价为每股 204,500 韩元，融资规模约 1.5 万亿韩元，约合 10 亿美元。

交易完成后，NVIDIA 预计将持有 Naver 约 5% 股份。Bernstein 认为，NVIDIA 入股将强化市场对 Naver AI Factory 的信心。

Naver 此前已与 NVIDIA、Brookfield 计划共同投资吉瓦级、多租户 AI 云基础设施，面向韩国和美国下一代 AI 企业提供算力支持。

报告称，Naver 的 AI Factory 更接近“neocloud”合作模式，由基础设施投资方、芯片厂商、AI 生态伙伴和 Naver 分别承担资本、算力部署、需求与模型能力、技术栈组织运营等角色。

NVIDIA 成为股东后，或降低市场对硬件采购、需求可见度及长期生态支持的疑虑。Bernstein 维持 Naver“跑赢大盘”评级，目标价为 330,000 韩元。

按 7 月 24 日收盘价 209,500 韩元计算，潜在上涨空间约 58%。
