Circle 收购 IBM 区块链专利组合

ChainThink 消息，7 月 27 日，据官方公告，Circle Internet Group（NYSE: CRCL）宣布收购 IBM 区块链专利组合的核心资产。

该组合包含超过 680 个专利族、近 1000 项已授予专利，覆盖区块链基础技术、银行、金融服务、保险、企业基础设施、供应链验证及安全云运营等领域。

Circle 表示，收购完成后，其成为美国区块链专利持有量最多的公司。

扩展后的知识产权将支持 USDC、Circle Payments Network、Arc 等链上产品及智能体金融工具的基础设施建设。Circle 与 IBM 还计划探索更多商业合作机会。
