HPC与Multicoin支持CFTC预测市场监管框架，预测市场应由CFTC统一监管

ChainThink 消息，7 月 27 日，Hyperliquid Policy Center（HPC）披露，其与 Multicoin Capital 已联合向美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）提交意见书，支持 CFTC 提出的预测市场监管框架。

HPC 与 Multicoin 表示，预测市场应由 CFTC 作为唯一联邦监管机构统一监管，而非由各州依据博彩法规分别管理，以避免市场碎片化。

双方认为，基于交易平台撮合的事件合约与传统博彩存在本质区别，应纳入金融市场监管体系。

意见书建议 CFTC 进一步明确事件合约审核标准，包括采用基于合约结算结果的判断方式，并公开每次审核决定的具体理由，以提高监管透明度。

Hyperliquid 表示，其平台已支持基于结果的链上合约交易，相关市场自 5 月上线以来快速增长，未平仓量近期创历史新高，所有头寸均通过链上抵押和结算完成。
