Michael Saylor：Strategy不会在STRC低于100美元时发行新股

ChainThink 消息，7 月 27 日，Strategy 创始人 Michael Saylor 表示，公司已回购 28.893 万股 STRC 优先股，交易总金额约 2500 万美元，平均回购价格为每股 86.52 美元。

Saylor 称，Strategy 计划在 STRC 价格低于 100 美元时继续回购；当价格距离 100 美元较远时增加买入力度，接近 100 美元时减少回购规模。

目前公司仍有约 9.75 亿美元额度可用于优先股回购。Saylor 表示，STRC 回购资金不会使用美元储备，而将根据市场情况通过 MSTR 股票及比特币出售等方式筹集。

他同时强调，Strategy 不会在 STRC 低于 100 美元时发行新股。
