美参议院本周或推进CLARITY法案表决，60票门槛成最大障碍

ChainThink 消息，7 月 27 日，据相关议程，美国参议院共和党计划本周推动《CLARITY Act》进入正式审议程序，参议院多数党领袖约翰·图恩希望在 8 月休会前推动法案取得进展。

共和党可能先提交终止辩论动议，该程序需获得 60 名参议员支持。目前法案距离 60 票门槛仍有差距，民主党支持成为关键。

此前，7 名民主党参议员称，最新版本 CLARITY 法案在伦理条款、非法金融监管及利益冲突规定等方面仍“不够完善”。共和党正与民主党谈判，试图修改相关条款以争取跨党派支持。

共和党内部也存在不确定性。在参议院席位优势有限、米奇·麦康奈尔预计缺席的情况下，乔什·霍利和兰德·保罗等此前反对 GENIUS 法案的共和党参议员态度仍受关注。

美国 SEC 委员海丝特·皮尔斯同时表示，将传统金融产品搬到链上并不意味着自动规避证券监管，部分由第三方主动管理用户资产的加密收益型 Vault 产品可能需遵守证券法要求。
