马云支持的OceanBase寻求融资20亿至30亿元，加码AI数据库业务

ChainThink 消息，7 月 29 日，据彭博社报道，知情人士透露，蚂蚁集团旗下分布式数据库厂商 OceanBase 正在洽谈 A 轮融资，计划募集约 20 亿至 30 亿元人民币，用于提升独立运营能力，并支持其向 AI 数据库服务扩张。

OceanBase 于 2010 年为满足蚂蚁集团内部数据库需求而开发，目前正加强 AI 分析能力，并提升对视频等非结构化数据的处理能力。

知情人士称，公司 2026 年经常性收入已超过 2 亿美元，同比增长 70%。报道还称，OceanBase 正拓展东南亚、日本、印度及拉丁美洲市场，对标 Databricks 发展路径。

IDC 数据显示，OceanBase 于 2025 年位居中国分布式数据库市场份额第一。

目前，OceanBase 正与华为、腾讯等厂商竞争，并已于 2024 年设立独立董事会及员工股权激励计划，为未来从蚂蚁集团分拆做准备。
