美国制裁伊朗海运公司，指控其接受 BTC 规避制裁并为伊斯兰革命卫队敛财

ChainThink 消息，7 月 30 日，据 Cointelegraph 报道，美国财政部外国资产控制办公室（OFAC）宣布制裁两家伊朗海运公司：波斯湾海洋保险公司（Persian Gulf Marine Insurance Company）和霍尔木兹安全海事服务局（HormuzSafe）。

OFAC 指控两家公司是伊朗伊斯兰革命卫队（IRGC）支持的海运保险网络核心成员，并强制要求过境霍尔木兹海峡的商业船只购买其认可的保险。

OFAC 还称，HormuzSafe 接受 BTC 及其他加密资产以规避西方制裁，并代表 IRGC 获取收入。

此前 5 月，HormuzSafe 网站曾公开提供可用比特币支付的“数字保险”服务，伊朗官方媒体法尔斯通讯社称该平台潜在收入规模逾 100 亿美元。

此次制裁还涉及与伊朗“影子船队”相关的 8 家公司及 8 艘船只。
