彭博社：Nscale 拟以 16.5 亿美元收购计算软件公司 Anyscale

ChainThink 消息，7 月 30 日，据彭博社援引知情人士报道，云服务提供商 Nscale 拟以 16.5 亿美元收购计算软件公司 Anyscale。

作为交易的一部分，Anyscale 约 200 名员工将全部加入 Nscale。Anyscale 曾在 2022 年完成融资，估值超过 10 亿美元。

Nscale 成立于 2024 年初，前身为一家加密货币挖矿公司，总部位于伦敦，主要提供人工智能专用计算能力租赁服务，并正在开发包括挪威和西弗吉尼亚州项目在内的大型数据中心。

Nscale 去年曾表示计划进行 IPO，最早可能在 2026 年下半年进行。
