AI股神旗下基金开启逐步平仓清算，试图出售Anthropic等投资增加流动性

ChainThink 消息，7 月 30 日，据 CNBC 披露，前 OpenAI 研究员 Leopold Aschenbrenner 创立的 AI 主题对冲基金 Situational Awareness 因软件股投资判断失误遭受大额亏损，目前已暂停部分交易，并正紧急筹集资金应对流动性压力。

据相关人士透露，美国银行、高盛、摩根大通等主要经纪商正协助该基金满足杠杆要求，或有序降低持仓。相关经纪商已在交易开始前以多头和空头形式向市场推介该基金部分资产，以便出售。

该基金未来处置路径仍不明朗，尚无法确定是通过协商出售资产满足保证金要求，还是进入全面资产清算。基金还试图出售私人公司股权增加流动性，其中包括此前对 Anthropic 的投资；

目前待售股份数量未确定，已有潜在买家表达购买部分或全部股份的兴趣。

文件显示，Situational Awareness 一季度末最大持仓包括 Nebius、闪迪、美光和 CoreWeave，四只股票本月跌幅均超过 35%。

该基金成立于 2024 年，规模一度约 200 亿美元，截至 2026 年 6 月净回报曾达 439%，其策略主要围绕 AI 基础设施和算力链公司，并使用杠杆放大仓位。
