参议员提案设立联邦反腐败局，矛头直指特朗普加密收益及家族利益冲突

ChainThink 消息，7 月 31 日，据 Cointelegraph 报道，美国参议院少数党领袖查克·舒默（Chuck Schumer）正式提出《反腐败局创建法案》，拟设立专门处理联邦层面腐败问题的新政府机构。

该法案点名特朗普，援引其 2025 年披露的逾 20 亿美元投资收益，其中加密相关收益达 14 亿美元；同时提及其家族持有与外国政府挂钩的逾 10 亿美元加密基金。

拟设机构将由 7 名两党成员组成，经参议院确认后就任，具备调查、执法及预防行政腐败的相关权力，并计划整合联邦选举委员会、政府伦理办公室及特别顾问办公室。

参议员 Andy Kim、Alex Padilla 和 Jeff Merkley 联署提案。

白宫副新闻秘书 Anna Kelly 回应称，特朗普的投资由独立第三方金融机构管理的全权委托账户持有，不存在利益冲突。
