SEC 加速批准纽交所 Arca 大宗商品信托份额新规，允许 15% 缓冲区及主动管理

ChainThink 消息，7 月 31 日，据《联邦公报》公布，SEC 已加速批准纽交所 Arca 关于 Commodity-Based Trust Shares（大宗商品信托份额）通用上市标准的修正案（SR-NYSEArca-2026-42，Amendment No. 1）。

该修正案适用于持有比特币、以太坊、Solana、XRP 等数字商品，以及黄金等传统大宗商品的信托产品，允许信托持仓中最多 15% 的净资产值由不完全符合现行资格标准的数字商品或证券构成。

修正案还新增「数字商品」定义，并取消现行规则中要求该类产品必须为被动管理的条款，允许主动管理型策略。信托持仓中至少 85% 的净资产值仍需由符合现行资格标准的商品、商品类资产及证券构成。

针对主动管理型产品，纽交所 Arca 还提出新增防范重大非公开信息滥用的防火墙要求及相应交易暂停机制。
