Pump.fun 在员工代币解锁前两个月大规模裁员，部分员工错失七位数 PUMP 代币

ChainThink 消息，据 Sandmark 独家报道，Pump.fun 在员工代币解锁前约两个月裁员，至少一名前员工因此错失了一笔按当前价格计算价值七位数的 PUMP 代币分配。

裁员发生在 4 月初，而相关员工原本应在两个月后的 6 月开始获得代币解锁。员工曾于 2025 年 6 月签署代币协议，四分之一分配份额将于一年后解锁。

联合创始人 Noah Tweedale 在内部会议录音中称，裁员原因是公司“扩张太快”。前员工还称 7 月中旬发生第二轮裁员，过去两个月内公司已裁员超过 40 人；

其中一名员工声称自己在代币解锁前一天被裁，但 Sandmark 无法独立核实。

Pump.fun 以 Baton Corporation Ltd 名义在英国运营，自 2024 年 12 月起已屏蔽英国用户，仍在监管警示名单上；

公司 2024 年曾发生员工监守自盗、转移约 200 万美元资金事件，涉事人已获刑六年。
