长鑫科技LPDDR6接近研发验证尾声

ChainThink 消息，8月1日，行业人士透露，长鑫存储的 LPDDR6 已接近研发验证尾声，进入量产前关键阶段。

今年3月的市场消息称，长鑫科技旗下长鑫存储正在推进 LPDDR6 产品落地，并已向核心客户送样，预计 2026 年下半年发布并导入量产。

相关信息显示，长鑫首款 LPDDR6 产品设计规格速率为 12800 Mbps，与 SoC 协同运行基础速率为 10667Mbps，颗粒容量为 16Gb，采用 1295 Ball 的 POP 封装。

此外，该产品在低功耗设计和 RAS 功能上较 LPDDR5X 有明显优化。
