CME 提出异议后，SEC 重新审查纳斯达克比特币期权批准决定

ChainThink 消息，8 月 2 日，据 CoinDesk 报道，美国 SEC 已暂停纳斯达克现金结算比特币指数期权 QBTC 的批准，并在 CME 集团提出法律异议后重新审查该决定，相关命令已于 7 月 31 日公开。

SEC 今年 5 月曾有条件批准纳斯达克 PHLX 挂牌 QBTC，但该产品推出前仍需获得 CFTC 豁免。

CME 集团于 6 月提出异议，主张比特币属于大宗商品，与其价值直接挂钩的期权应由 CFTC 专属管辖，而非 SEC。

若 CME 主张成立，SEC 将无权批准 QBTC，纳斯达克需按 CFTC 框架注册为受监管的期货或掉期交易场所，或将合约重新设计为跟踪比特币现货 ETF 等证券类资产。

该命令维持批准冻结状态，并给予相关方至 8 月 24 日提交支持或反对意见。自 CME 于 6 月 11 日提交异议通知以来，暂停状态持续至今。
