Serenity：SK海力士、美光、三星2027年DRAM/HBM产能已售罄，存储短缺或持续

ChainThink 消息，8 月 4 日，据 Serenity 援引 Digitimes 产业链消息，SK 海力士、美光（MU）和三星电子 2027 年 DRAM 及 HBM 产能已售罄，客户目前仅能获得约 60% 至 70% 的初始需求量。

Serenity 表示，当前存储供应紧张程度超出市场预期，2027 年可能进入「最严重的存储短缺阶段」。

同时，闪迪（SNDK）、三星电子和美光的年度 NAND 产能也已被预订，铠侠与 SK 海力士预计将在 2026 年 8 月完成产能分配。

Serenity 指出，尽管此前部分市场观点预计 2027 年年中可能出现存储过剩，但从当前产业链情况看，主要存储厂商产能已提前售罄，供需关系仍处于紧张状态。

目前厂商与客户之间的产能分配额度已基本确定，最终产品价格将在临近交付时根据市场情况确定。
