ChainThink News, on August 4, Hyperliquid has launched perpetual futures contracts for Unitree Robotics ahead of its IPO, currently priced at approximately $74.

The contract price reflects the USD value of one share of Unitree Robotics common stock, implying a post-listing market capitalization of around $30 billion, equivalent to approximately 205 billion CNY.

Unitree's planned IPO will issue no less than approximately 40.45 million shares, representing 10% of the total outstanding shares after issuance, with a post-issuance total share count of about 404.5 million shares.

The prospectus targets an issuance valuation of approximately 42 billion CNY, equivalent to $5.8 to $6.2 billion. Based on the current contract price, this implies an estimated new issue return of about 4.88x.

Unitree intends to conduct its initial public offering and list on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The offering will adopt a combined approach of strategic placement, offline placement, and online placement. The preliminary inquiry date is August 5, and the offline subscription date is August 10.
