电子游戏开发巨头艺电将正式易主沙特财团

ChainThink 消息，8 月 4 日，据欧盟委员会文件，沙特阿拉伯公共投资基金（PIF）与投资者财团已获欧盟批准，将以 550 亿美元收购电子游戏开发商艺电（EA）。

EA 在上周四提交的监管文件中确认，截至 7 月 30 日已获得所有必要监管批准，预计交易将于 8 月 4 日完成。

该交易最早于 2025 年 9 月宣布，买方包括 PIF、银湖资本（Silver Lake）和 Affinity Partners，交易形式为全现金收购，对 EA 的企业估值约 550 亿美元。

EA 称该交易将成为规模最大的全现金私有化收购交易。
