受16年AI数据中心租赁协议提振，Bitdeer盘前涨超11%

ChainThink 消息，Bitdeer 宣布，其子公司 Tydal Data Center AS 已与 Volta Tydal AS 就挪威 Tydal 的 AI/HPC 园区签署为期 16 年的托管租赁及服务协议。

协议约定，Bitdeer 将提供 121 IT 兆瓦、约 133 总兆瓦的容量，全部配置英伟达 GPU，服务于一家领先的 AI 实验室。

基础期限内合同收入约 47 亿美元，另有 8 年续约选项，潜在总合同价值可达约 80 亿美元。

公司称，改良后毛租赁平均约为每月每千瓦 202 美元，电费由租户报销，并包含每年 3% 的递增条款。

Bitdeer 预计 NOI 利润率约 90%，每 IT 兆瓦年均收入约 240 万美元。受消息提振，Bitdeer 美股盘前涨 11.7%，报 12.77 美元。
