ChainThink 消息，8 月 5 日，据 The Block 报道，美国第二巡回法院周二正式结束 Sam Bankman-Fried 的上诉程序。

此前，该法院已于 6 月一致驳回其重新审判请求。SBF 因 FTX 欺诈案被判七项罪名成立，25 年监禁及没收 110 亿美元的判决维持有效。目前，美国最高法院成为其唯一可能的复审途径。
