中国台湾金管会宣布分阶段实施虚拟资产转账规则，第一阶段预计自 2026 年 10 月起施行

ChainThink 消息，8 月 5 日，据中国台湾金融监督管理委员会公告，台湾将分阶段实施虚拟资产 Travel Rule（转账规则）。

第一阶段预计自 2026 年 10 月起适用于境内虚拟资产服务商（VASP）之间的移转，第二阶段预计于 2027 年底扩大至跨境移转。

规则实施后，民众通过 VASP 进行虚拟货币转账时，无论金额高低，均须向平台提供并揭露交易双方基本信息，包括姓名、钱包信息等。

若单笔转账金额超过等值新台币 3 万元，自然人须额外提供出生日期与住所地址；法人须提供官方识别编号与设立登记地地址，接收方平台也须同步进行资料核对。
