三箭资本清算人起诉Zhu Su妻子，追讨迪拜房产出售所得约4000万美元

ChainThink 消息，8 月 5 日，据 The Business Times 报道，Three Arrows Capital（3AC）清算人已起诉联合创始人 Zhu Su 的妻子 Evelyn Tao Yaqiong，要求追回约 1.46 亿迪拉姆（约 4000 万美元）的迪拜房产出售所得。

清算人称，该房产于 6月3日AC 进入清算前约三周购入，价格约 1.1 亿迪拉姆（约 3000 万美元），资金疑似来自 Zhu Su 从 3AC 获得的 5000 万美元加密货币贷款。

2023 年 10 月，Zhu Su 在新加坡服刑期间将房产所有权转至其妻子名下，该房产随后于 2024 年 1 月以约 4000 万美元出售。

3AC 清算人认为，Zhu Su 转移房产是为了使资产脱离债权人和清算人追索范围，并指控其在违反受托责任的情况下从公司转移资金购买资产。

Evelyn Tao Yaqiong 否认相关指控，称自己不知道资金来源或 Zhu Su 涉嫌违规行为，并表示该房产是赠予她的个人财产。

Three Arrows Capital 于 2022 年因加密市场下跌倒闭，目前欠债权人超过 30 亿美元。清算人此前曾寻求向两位创始人追回约 13 亿美元资产。
