TeraWulf Q2 财报：总营收 4477 万美元，HPC 租赁收入占比升至 71%

ChainThink 消息，8 月 5 日，据财报文件，比特币矿企 TeraWulf（Nasdaq：WULF）发布 2026 年二季度财报，总营收 4477 万美元，其中 HPC（高性能计算）租赁收入 3193 万美元，占比约 71%。

报告期内，公司净亏损 9.408 亿美元，主要受认股权证公允价值变动亏损 7.557 亿美元影响；调整后 EBITDA 为亏损 1834 万美元。

截至 6 月 30 日，公司现金及受限现金合计约 30 亿美元。

业务方面，Lake Mariner 数据中心园区截至 7 月初已有 102 MW 关键 IT 容量投入运营，另有 336 MW 正在建设中；

CB-3 交付后，Google 为 Fluidstack 租赁义务提供的 6 亿美元信用支持已生效。公司另在推进 250 MW 电力容量申请，仍待互联互通审批。

季后，TeraWulf 与 Anthropic 签署 20 年数据中心租约，涉及肯塔基州 Justified 园区约 401 MW 关键 IT 容量，合同期内收入约 190 亿美元，若续约选项全部行使最高可达约 330 亿美元，首批交付预计 2027 年下半年开始。

公司还出售 Abernathy 合资企业 50.1% 权益，并收购 Muskie Data Campus；FERC 已批准其收购马里兰州 Morgantown 发电站。
