Galaxy Q2 财报电话会：《CLARITY Act》九月有望推进，深化与 BNY、摩根士丹利等合作

ChainThink消息，8月5日，Galaxy Digital 首席执行官 Mike Novogratz 在 Q2 财报电话会上表示，共和党参议员 Tillis 与民主党参议员 Gallego 提出的《CLARITY Act》伦理条款妥协方案来得太晚，休会前大概率难有进展，但九月仍有望推进。

他同时称，即便该法案最终未获通过，SEC 和 CFTC 主席都已承诺加快制定更直接的加密监管规则，因此不会是“世界末日”。

在机构合作方面，Galaxy 上季度已与纽约梅隆银行（BNY）签订多年期协议，作为设计合作伙伴协助其建设数字资产基础设施，并为其数字资产托管平台提供质押支持；

继上季度获贝莱德选为以太坊质押基金验证者后，摩根士丹利财富管理近期也选定 Galaxy 为其新数字资产 ETP 提供质押服务。

双方还推出新的推荐计划，客户可通过 Galaxy 借出数字资产，换取等值现货加密 ETP 份额。

产品方面，Galaxy 二季度推出 OTC 预测市场业务、链上融资利率产品 GOFR，以及基于 Morpho 并与 Fireblocks 集成的机构金库管理产品 Galaxy Curator。

公司还宣布 Steve Van Roza 加入董事会。
