《CLARITY法案》今日未进入美国参议院议程，年内签署成为法律概率跌至16%

ChainThink 消息，8 月 5 日，据加密记者 Eleanor Terrett 披露，美国参议院多数党领袖约翰·图恩今日对其他法案提出启动辩论动议，《加密货币市场结构法案》（即 CLARITY 法案）未在列。

启动辩论动议是参议院推进立法的关键程序性步骤。美国参议院即将进入 8 月休会期，CLARITY 法案的立法窗口正在收窄。

该法案此前已在参议院银行委员会获得通过，但围绕禁止联邦官员发行数字资产的伦理条款，民主党与共和党仍在执法权归属上僵持。

马里兰州参议员 Alsobrooks 表示，若执法权仅限司法部而非保留给各州，她将不会支持该法案。

预测市场 Predict.fun 显示，CLARITY 法案于 2026 年签署成为法律的概率已跌至 16%。
