ChainThink 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，美国参议员 Cynthia Lummis 表示，预计参议院将在 8 月休会前对《CLARITY Act》进行投票。

目前，该法案仍面临部分阻力，包括民主党要求加强伦理条款，以及共和党议员 Josh Hawley 对银行相关问题持保留态度。多数党领袖 John Thune 计划在周六前安排投票。

若本周末前未完成投票，审议将推迟至 9 月中旬复会后，并可能延至 2026 年中期选举周期。
