美股也有代投跑路？SpaceX投资者称SPV股份消失，错过IPO巨额收益

ChainThink 消息，据《华尔街日报》报道，多名投资者称，其通过 Late Stage Management 旗下特殊目的载体（SPV）间接持有的 SpaceX 股份出现争议。

SpaceX 于 2026 年 6 月以 1.77 万亿美元估值上市后，相关投资者无法登录账户，并被告知持股已于 2024 年出售。

投资者称因此错过上市后的巨额收益，目前已向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）投诉并聘请律师。Late Stage 与投资者对持股状态存在严重分歧。

Late Stage 成立于 2015 年，曾向个人投资者宣传可通过其获取热门科技公司未上市股份。

今年 3 月，三名 Late Stage 高管承认欺诈投资者的指控，联邦检察官称其向投资者隐瞒加价和费用，三人最高面临 20 至 45 年监禁。

报道称，与潜在大型 IPO 相关的 SPV 也受到关注。Anthropic 5 月曾在官网通知称，不会承认未经董事会批准的股票出售，并点名数个通过 SPV 转售相关权益的在线平台。
