美 SEC 将在执法部内设立财务报告与会计专门小组

ChainThink 消息，8 月 6 日，据官方公告，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）将在执法部内设立财务报告与会计专门小组，用于调查会计和财务报告欺诈案件，以及会计、审计领域的一般不当行为。

该小组将与 SEC 相关部门和办公室工作人员协作，以确保联邦证券法执行方式符合委员会政策目标。公告显示，该小组将由 Timothy Zimmerman 领导。

Zimmerman 于 2026 年 5 月加入 SEC 执法部，担任主任高级顾问。
