ChainThink 消息，8 月 7 日，据官方消息，电商营运垫资 RWA 平台 Dow Protocol 完成 1050 万美元 Seed 轮融资，MH Ventures 与 Mapleblock Capital 共同领投，Animoca Brands、Arcane Group、Hashkey Chain、Essentia Partners、Quartet Group 参投。

Dow Protocol 面向全球头部电商平台商户，基于销售应收账款与真实运营数据提供营运资金垫资。

其底层资产服务方系统嵌入主流电商平台，可获取商户原始经营数据用于授信与风控，并通过平台端直接划扣回款，降低回款风险。

在资金端，Dow Protocol 利用稳定币即时结算能力，将传统借贷放款流程压缩至最快当日到账。

该协议定位为泛电商 PayFi RWA 垫资协议，框架可扩展至电商、餐饮、支付、游戏、AI 算力等供应链金融垫资场景。
