Sharplink CEO：EIP-8363 提案时机错误，将损害 DeFi 并削弱 ETH 机构吸引力

ChainThink 消息，8 月 7 日，Sharplink CEO、前黑岩数字资产战略主管 Joseph Chalom 发文称，反对以太坊社区正在讨论的 EIP-8363「递减发行燃烧」提案，认为其时机错误，可能损害 DeFi 并削弱 ETH 对机构资金的吸引力。

Chalom 表示，该提案将逐步削减验证者约 2.75% 的质押收益，直至质押量达到总供应量约一半时收益归零；届时验证者将主要依赖交易小费维持运营，而交易小费目前约占当前收益的 15%。

他认为，质押收益是链上借贷的基准利率，削减收益可能推高链上资本成本，并压缩约 350 亿美元 TVL 的流动性质押代币抵押价值。

同时，ETH 原生收益是其区别于 BTC 的核心特征，相关调整可能影响 ETP、DAT 等机构资金流入。

Chalom 还称，发行奖励会流向节点运营商、客户端开发团队及生态建设者，并非简单「泄漏」。

他表示支持 ETH 长期通缩目标，但认为现有 EIP-1559 基础费用燃烧机制已可实现该方向，EIP-8363 属于「用错误方式解决问题」。
