AI数据中心需求推动IPO热潮：Switch秘密递交美国上市申请，估值或接近500亿美元

据彭博社报道，数据中心企业 Switch Inc. 已秘密提交美国 IPO 申请，拟最早于今年 11 月上市。

公司正与美国银行、花旗、高盛、摩根大通和摩根士丹利合作推进发行，目标是让上市后企业估值（含债务）接近 500 亿美元。

Switch 总部位于拉斯维加斯，在内华达州、密歇根州、佐治亚州和得州运营数据中心。

目前公司由 DigitalBridge 控股，后者曾于 2022 年联合其他投资者以约 110 亿美元（含债务）收购 Switch。

此外，Andreessen Horowitz（a16z）联合创始人本·霍洛维茨将加入 Switch 董事会。

此次 IPO 申请发生在 AI 数据中心资本化加速之际，今年以来，多家数据中心运营商及相关设备服务企业通过美国首次公开募股筹集资金。
