Keel Infrastructure 关闭全部美国比特币矿场，出售逾千枚 BTC 转型 AI 数据中心

ChainThink 消息，8 月 11 日，据 Cryptopolitan 报道，比特币矿企 Keel Infrastructure（前称 Bitfarms）在 2026 年第二季度财报中披露，已完成全部美国比特币矿场关停，并于 4 月 1 日至 8 月 7 日出售 1,085 枚 BTC，套现约 7500 万美元。

截至披露时，Keel 资产负债表仍持有 1,861 枚 BTC，价值约 1.21 亿美元。公司第二季度营收为 3000 万美元，同比下降 50%；

运营亏损 1.41 亿美元，其中包括 8400 万美元非现金折旧，持续经营业务净亏损 6400 万美元，调整后 EBITDA 为负 2400 万美元。

Keel 正将宾夕法尼亚州、华盛顿州及魁北克省等核心站点改建为高性能计算数据中心，三处优先站点已接近完成许可审批，并与潜在租户谈判。

公司当前流动性约 8.19 亿美元，包括 6.98 亿美元不受限现金及 1.21 亿美元比特币，季内还通过可转换票据融资 4.58 亿美元。消息公布后，KEEL 股价单日跌逾 11%。
