SK海力士通过SPC2间接成为铠侠最大股东，持股比例达14.19%

ChainThink 消息，8 月 11 日，据铠侠披露，SK 海力士通过其投资的特殊目的公司 SPC2，间接成为日本 NAND 厂商铠侠最大股东。

SPC2 目前持有铠侠 14.19% 股份，铠侠最大股东已由东芝变更为 BCPE Pangea Cayman2（SPC2）。

东芝此前持有铠侠 15.10% 股份，但在 7 月 15 日至 8 月 3 日期间分 7 次出售后，持股比例降至 14.06%，低于 SPC2 的 14.19%。

SK 海力士 2018 年曾通过两个 SPC 向铠侠投资约 4 万亿韩元，其中继续持有的 SPC2 投资规模约 1.3 万亿韩元，并通过可转换债券进行投资。

若相关可转换债券转为股票，SK 海力士可成为拥有铠侠表决权的股东，但仍需获得各国竞争法及反垄断监管批准。
