韩国加强加密资产监管：扩大大股东审查范围，废除旅行规则百万门槛

ChainThink 消息，8 月 11 日，据相关报道，韩国国务会议通过《特定金融信息法》施行令修正案，将加密资产 Travel Rule 适用范围从目前的 100 万韩元以上转账扩大至所有转账，以防止通过拆分交易规避监管。

新规同时收紧 VASP 准入要求，扩大大股东审查范围，并新增负债率不得超过 200% 等财务条件。与海外交易所及个人钱包的转账将按风险等级实施差异化管理，高风险交易可被禁止。

Travel Rule 等相关规定将在公布六个月后实施。
