ChainThink 消息，8 月 11 日，据 eToro Group Ltd. 公告，公司已达成协议，拟收购专注美国市场、主要服务活跃交易者的在线券商 TradeZero。

根据协议条款，eToro 预计此次收购总对价最高可达 2.31 亿美元，包括现金及公司新发行的最多 250 万股 A 类普通股。最终金额还将根据惯例交易价格调整机制进行调整。
