ChainThink 消息,8 月 12 日,据公司财报,美股光通信龙头 Lumentum 发布 2026 财年第四季度业绩,营收 10.1 亿美元,同比增长 109.3%;

调整后每股收益为 3.23 美元,高于市场预估的 2.97 美元;调整后毛利率为 50.4%,高于预期的 48.8%。

2026 财年全年,Lumentum 净收入为 30.1 亿美元,按 GAAP 计算净亏损 69 亿美元,即每股摊薄亏损 92.96 美元。

公司称,GAAP 净亏损主要源于第四季度部分可转换债券股权化,导致一次性非现金债务清偿损失 78 亿美元。

非 GAAP 口径下,Lumentum 2026 财年净利润为 7.823 亿美元,即每股摊薄收益 8.67 美元。

截至第四季度末,公司持有现金、现金等价物和短期投资合计 27 亿美元,较 2025 财年末增加 19 亿美元。据行情数据,Lumentum 收盘涨 0.87%,盘后再涨 2.2%。
