白宫拟扩大AI监管，开源模型或纳入测试框架

ChainThink 消息，8 月 13 日，据 WIRED 援引知情人士报道，特朗普政府新的人工智能指导方针将被修改，拟扩大对 AI 模型的监管范围。

白宫本月宣布已制定一套 AI 框架，美国实验室开发的前沿 AI 模型在公开发布前，将由联邦政府进行安全测试。该框架尚未公开，据报道目前也没有公开计划。

目前，该框架仅覆盖 Anthropic、OpenAI 等公司开发的闭源模型。一名白宫官员透露，未来几个月框架预计也将涵盖开源模型；

若开源模型达到与 Anthropic 的 Mythos 级模型、OpenAI 的 GPT-5.6 相同的「前沿」能力水平，也将被纳入发布前测试。
