Neynar 宣布为 Farcaster 寻找新东家，收购仅七个月协议收入暴跌 99%

ChainThink 消息，8 月 17 日，据 The Defiant 报道，去中心化社交协议 Farcaster 的现任运营方 Neynar 已启动流程，为 Farcaster、代币发射台 Clanker 以及其开发者平台寻找新的接手团队，Neynar 员工也将随之解散。

这意味着 Farcaster 在 2026 年内第二次易主。

今年 1 月，原创始团队 Merkle Manufactory 已将协议合约、代码库、Farcaster App 及 Clanker 全部移交给 Neynar，随后创始人 Dan Romero 和 Varun Srinivasan 加入了 Stripe 与 Paradigm 孵化的支付公链 Tempo。

此次出售的背景是协议收入大幅下滑。

DefiLlama 数据显示，Farcaster 费用从 2026 年 Q1 的 3543 万美元降至 Q2 的 467 万美元，第三季度截至 8 月 17 日仅录得 37.67 万美元，近 30 日收入进一步降至 12 万美元。

同期，依赖协议收入支撑的 CLANKER 代币回购已停止，CLANKER 现报 12.29 美元，较峰值明显回落，市值约 1212 万美元。
