智保科技完成1.547亿美元比特币PIPE融资，新增持有2380枚BTC

ChainThink 消息，8 月 19 日，据智保科技向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交的 6-K 文件，公司已完成此前宣布的 PIPE 融资，投资者将 2380 枚比特币转入公司指定钱包，按每枚 BTC 6.5 万美元参考价格计算，交易规模约为 1.547 亿美元。

作为对价，智保科技发行 4.42 亿份 PIPE 单位，每份价格 0.35 美元，包含 1 股 A 类普通股及 1 份认股权证；认股权证行权价为 0.35 美元，有效期两年。

智保科技表示，将把比特币作为公司储备资产，用于支持日常运营、业务拓展、研发及 AI 相关应用。交易完成后，公司持有的 BTC 规模位列全球上市公司第 33 位。
