ChainThink 消息，8 月 19 日，据行情数据显示，迈威尔科技（MRVL）美股盘前涨幅扩大至 12%，公司已与谷歌达成定制芯片协议。

迈威尔科技向谷歌发行认股权证，允许谷歌以每股 206.58 美元的价格购买最多 5897 万股迈威尔股票，约占其已发行股份的 6.7%。

该认股权证大部分将随着谷歌在截至 2033 财年的期间内为迈威尔带来定制芯片相关收入而逐步归属，涉及 AI 加速器、网络产品和存储产品。
