阿里七年首次配售：800亿港元全部砸向AI，若完成将成为港史最大

ChainThink 消息，8 月 24 日，据官方公告，阿里巴巴宣布拟配售 800 亿港元新股（约合 102 亿美元），计划发行 7.1 亿股，每股定价 112.70 港元，较最近收盘价折让约 3.6%。

这是阿里自 2019 年港股上市以来首次启动新股配售。本次配售所得款项净额将 100% 投向全栈 AI，覆盖芯片、AI 基础设施以及模型开发和部署。

若完成，将成为香港上市公司史上规模最大的一级后续发行，同时也是 2026 年全球第三大，仅次于 Alphabet 和英特尔。

据知情人士透露，配售已获超额认购，包括主权财富基金在内的长线投资者已参与。阿里最新财报显示，上季度资本开支达 676.78 亿元人民币，同比大增 75%，主要用于 AI 基础设施；

AI 云与算力服务收入同期增长 45%。
