ChainThink report, August 24: According to CoinPost, Goldman Sachs filed its Form 13F with the U.S. SEC, revealing that as of June 30, it collectively holds five XRP spot ETFs with a total value of approximately $86.5 million.

Goldman Sachs was previously the largest institutional holder of XRP spot ETFs, with a position size of $153.8 million in Q4 2025, but fully liquidated its holdings in Q1 2026. This filing marks its re-entry into the XRP spot ETF market.

The specific holdings include: Franklin Templeton XRP Trust (XRPZ) with 2.238 million shares, valued at approximately $25.41 million; Bitwise XRP ETF with 2.209 million shares, valued at approximately $25.76 million;

Canary Capital XRP ETF with 1.759 million shares, valued at approximately $19.49 million; 21Shares XRP ETF with 806,000 shares, valued at approximately $8.21 million;

Grayscale XRP ETF with 378,000 shares, valued at approximately $7.65 million.

Additionally, the Form 13F disclosure shows Goldman Sachs holds 366,000 shares of SPAC Armada Acquisition Corp II, valued at approximately $3.81 million.

This SPAC has entered into a business combination agreement with Evernorth, an XRP treasury company backed by Ripple, and upon completion of the merger, will list on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "XRPN."**
