高盛重新建仓 XRP 现货 ETF，5 只基金合计持仓约 8650 万美元

ChainThink 消息，8 月 24 日，据 CoinPost 报道，高盛（Goldman Sachs）向美 SEC 提交的 13F 文件显示，截至 6月30日，其合计持有 5 只 XRP 现货 ETF，总价值约 8650 万美元。

高盛此前曾是 XRP 现货 ETF 最大机构持有方，2025 年第四季度持仓规模达 1.538 亿美元，但在 2026 年第一季度全部清仓，本次为重新建仓。

具体持仓包括：富兰克林邓普顿 XRP 信托（XRPZ）223.8 万股，约 2541 万美元；Bitwise XRP ETF 220.9 万股，约 2576 万美元；

Canary Capital XRP ETF 175.9 万股，约 1949 万美元；21Shares XRP ETF 80.6 万股，约 821 万美元；

Grayscale XRP ETF 37.8 万股，约 765 万美元。

此外，13F 文件显示高盛还持有 SPAC 公司 Armada Acquisition Corp II 股份 36.6 万股，价值约 381 万美元。

该 SPAC 已与 Ripple 支持的 XRP 财库公司 Evernorth 签订企业合并协议，合并完成后将以代码「XRPN」在纳斯达克上市。
