SEC 调查 AI 基金 Situational Awareness 折价清仓事件

ChainThink 消息，8 月 25 日，据金十数据，美国 SEC 正调查 AI 对冲基金 Situational Awareness 折价清仓事件，并向参与交易的华尔街主要银行发出传票，要求提供交易时间节点及与贷款方沟通记录。

该基金由 OpenAI 前研究员 Leopold Aschenbrenner 创立，巅峰期管理资产超 300 亿美元，并借入数百亿美元放大投资。

上月末受 AI 股下跌及传统科技股上涨影响，基金损失扩大，被迫将大部分组合折价出售给 Citadel。SEC 表示调查处于早期阶段，不意味着必然处罚，该基金亦未被指控违规。

基金方面称将全面配合监管要求。
