印度计划9月发行首笔代币化债券，规模或超5700万美元

ChainThink 消息，8 月 25 日，据路透社报道，印度计划于 9 月发行首笔代币化债券，由国有电力融资公司 REC 发行，发行规模预计低于 50 亿卢比（约 5700 万美元）。

印度市场监管机构与央行正共同推动试点，债券发行及结算将采用区块链技术。该产品拟在 9 月孟买举行的年度金融科技会议期间推出，初期仅面向少数投资者。

投资者将通过批发型央行数字货币（CBDC）钱包和电子证券钱包参与，印度存管机构正在开发名为 DEMT 2.0 的电子钱包，用于通过分布式账本记录债券持有情况。

债券初始期限为三个月，后续交易仅限同时持有兼容 CBDC 和证券钱包的参与者。预计到 12 月形成代币化债券的二级市场，且不会在传统电子交易平台上交易。
